Meet the jpga Officers, Board of Directors, and Advisory Board
At JPGA, we are led by a dedicated team of leaders who are passionate about guiding our organization toward its mission and vision. Our Officers ensure smooth operations and uphold the values we stand for. The Board of Directors brings strategic oversight, fostering innovation and long-term sustainability. Meanwhile, our Advisory Boards consist of experts and thought leaders who provide valuable insights and guidance on key initiatives.
Together, these individuals bring diverse expertise, unwavering commitment, and a shared passion for making a meaningful impact. Meet the people who shape the heart and future of JPGA.
Tracy Raoul, Chairwoman and President of JPGA, is a trailblazer in the golf community, combining visionary leadership with an unwavering commitment to inclusivity and growth in the sport. Under her guidance, JPGA has launched impactful initiatives, including scholarship programs for high school seniors engaged in golf or caddying, and championed projects like the proposed championship-level renovation of Jackson Park and South Shore golf courses to revitalize local communities.
Beyond JPGA, Tracy serves as President of the Ebony Ladies Golf League, where she has driven membership growth and introduced countless women of color to the game. She also holds leadership positions with the Chicago District Golf Association and the Illinois Junior Golf Association, bringing her expertise to the forefront of golf development and governance in Illinois.
Balancing her professional career with raising three golf-loving children, Tracy’s passion for the sport extends into her personal life. Her mission is clear: to break down barriers, promote diversity, and ensure that golf becomes a welcoming space for everyone.
Under Tracy’s leadership, JPGA continues to thrive as a champion of equity, access, and community transformation through golf.
Meet the CEO: Tracy Raoul
We are proud to share that our CEO has been inducted into the 2024 Class of the African American Golfers Hall of Fame. This incredible honor is a testament to their unwavering dedication to youth development, advocacy, and making golf accessible for all.
Tracy's statement: First and foremost, All Praises to God for this moment in our lives and for the countless Blessings we've received to be inducted in the 2024 Class of the African American GOLFERS' Hall of Fame. Congratulations to our fellow inductees!
Thank you, Mark Lowry for the nomination. You've been a mentor and friend to our family and we greatly appreciate all you're doing for our youth and the game we all love.
Additionally, we truly appreciate and are thankful for all of the relationships we've established along our journey; and the new relationships we established this weekend in West Palm Beach, FL.
A heartfelt thank you to Malachi and Essie Knowles for this prestigious honor. May your works of recognition and youth development for Inner City Youth Golfers (ICYG) continue in perpetuity. God Willing, Philip and I will do all we can to assist raising awareness and funding to complete the African American GOLFERS' Museum and ICYG Clubhouse. (https://www.fundraisingbrick.com/online-orders/icyg/)!
Philip started the phrase and image of me managing all my spinning plates, and through our advocacy, outreach, programming for youth programs, love of golf, and God's Blessings, we will continue efforts to transform and impact lives through golf, for youth, women, and men in Chicago.
We thank God for our children Akila, Abdel, and Ahmad for having a hand in bringing us into this wonderful game we love. It's generally said that parents bring their children into the game, but in this case our children brought us into golf! THANK YOU!
Celebrating a Legacy: Our CEO's Induction into the African American Golfers Hall of Fame
