Jackson Park Golf Association 
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Jackson Park Golf Association ("JPGA," "we," "us"), an Illinois nonprofit corporation and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates law or infringes anyone's rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.

• Interfere with the site's operation, introduce malicious code, or collect information from the site by automated means without our written permission.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

• Submit false information through any form on the site, including registration and authorization forms.
   

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, with or without notice.

Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. Program details, schedules, eligibility, fees, and availability may change. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a guarantee of admission to, or employment in, any JPGA program.

Program registration and participation
Registering interest through this site does not by itself enroll a participant in a JPGA program. Participation in our programs — including the Caddie Workforce Development Program, outings, and events — is governed by the separate registration, authorization, release, and employment documents we provide for that program. Where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control for that program.
A participant under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign the required forms. By submitting a form on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian with authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

Donations
Donations made through this site are voluntary and are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to that processor's own terms. JPGA is a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we will provide an acknowledgment for your records, and you should consult your own tax advisor about deductibility.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Unless you designate a gift for a specific purpose we have agreed to accept, donations support JPGA's general charitable purposes, and we retain discretion over the use of all contributed funds as our board directs.

Our content
The content on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, and program materials — is owned by JPGA or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The JPGA name, logo, and program names and taglines are our marks.
You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, and press and partners may use materials we have expressly made available for that purpose. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use — requires our written permission.

What you submit
If you send us content through this site — a message, a photograph, a testimonial, or an application — you confirm you have the right to send it, and you give us permission to use it in connection with our charitable work unless you tell us otherwise. Do not send us confidential information through this site. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Links to other sites
This site may link to websites operated by partners, funders, event hosts, and others. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPGA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPGA and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies to your use of the website and does not limit any rights you have under the separate agreements governing program participation.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPGA and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and changes apply to use of the site after that date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.

General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program documents that apply to you, are the entire agreement between us regarding this site.
